 FAQs

  • You’re going to get sweaty! The form-fitting athletic wear that you’d usually wear for other physical activity will work for your cycling class. Moisture-wicking material is always a plus. Excessive jewelry or baggier-style clothing are not recommended, since these can impede your movement on the bike.

  • You don't need special cycling shoes for our cycling classes. Our bikes are fitted with pedal cages & speciality clips that will accommodate most sneakers and tennis shoes. Closed toed shoes or tennis shoes are highly recommended. If you have cycling shoes already you can use them on our bikes.

  • Momentum Cycling is a full body indoor cycling workout. We ride to our legendary playlists and incorporate upper body exercises with light weights into our workout.

  • One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider's abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.
