You’re going to get sweaty! The form-fitting athletic wear that you’d usually wear for other physical activity will work for your strength class. Moisture-wicking material is always a plus. Excessive jewelry or baggier-style clothing are not recommended, since these can impede your movement in your strength session.

You don't need special shoes for our strength classes. Closed toed shoes or tennis shoes are recommended.

Momentum Strength classes are a full body workout. We lift to our legendary playlists and incorporate full body exercises with light, medium, and heavy weights as well as resistance bands into our workout.

One of the best things about Momentum Strength classes is that they can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to choose your own weights, the workout can suit each athlete’s abilities.
