Studio Policies
Welcome to Team Momentum Fitness LLC! To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we ask that you familiarize yourself with and follow our studio policies.
1. Equipment Use
Care and Responsibility: All equipment provided by the studio (such as weights, bikes, mats, etc.) must be used responsibly and safely. If you are unsure how to use any equipment, please ask an instructor for assistance.
Damaged or Misused Equipment: Any intentional misuse of equipment that leads to damage may result in a fee to cover repair or replacement costs.
Personal Equipment: If you bring your own equipment (e.g., shoes, mats), the studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
2. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: By participating in any class, you acknowledge that you are in good health and fit for physical exercise. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before the class begins.
Consult with a Doctor: If you have any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting with a physician before starting any new fitness routine or using our facilities.
3. Hold Harmless
Assumption of Risk: By attending any class or using our facilities, you acknowledge that participation involves risks, including physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation and release Team Momentum Fitness LLC from any liability.
Waiver of Liability: You agree that Team Momentum Fitness LLC, its staff, instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss of personal property that may occur on the premises or during a class, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
4. Class Etiquette
Arrive on Time: We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to ensure proper setup and prevent disruptions.
Late Entry: For safety reasons, participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class.
Cleanliness: Please wipe down equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies to maintain hygiene standards in the studio.
5. Video and Photography
Recording Policy: Team Momentum Fitness LLC reserves the right to capture video or photography during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in a class, you consent to the possibility of being recorded or photographed.
Opting Out: If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please notify the instructor before the class begins. We will ensure your privacy is respected.
Personal Photography: While we encourage you to share your fitness journey, please be mindful of others when taking photos or videos in the studio. Do not disrupt the class, and be respectful of others' privacy.
6. Class Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations: We recommend reserving your spot in class ahead of time, especially during peak hours, to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid any cancellation fees.
7. Studio Environment
Respect for Others: Please be considerate of other participants and the staff. Maintain a positive attitude, follow instructor guidelines, and avoid disruptive behavior.
Cell Phones: We ask that cell phones be silenced during class to avoid distractions. If you need to take a call, please step outside the studio.
8. Studio Modifications and Updates
Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify the class schedule, instructors, or studio policies at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Personal Belongings
Storage: Lockers and cubbies are available to store personal belongings. We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the studio, as Team Momentum Fitness LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
