Claire Monda has been a driving force in Cleveland’s dance and fitness community for over 15 years. After graduating from Ohio University with a focus in dance, she began teaching at Creative Movement Center and quickly expanded her passion into fitness, becoming a certified instructor. For the past 6 years, she’s helped condition dance and sports teams across Northeast Ohio. Now, as the owner and founder of Momentum Fitness, Claire has realized her dream of creating a space where fitness, growth, and community come together. Supported by an incredible team, she’s dedicated to empowering others to discover their strength and wellbeing.

I started this company because I witnessed something incredible in my classes—a transformation in not just individuals, but in the entire room. People weren’t just working out; they were rooting for each other’s growth, celebrating wins together, and building meaningful connections. It went beyond fitness and became a community. I wanted to create a space where that kind of support, joy, and growth could thrive. A place where people could push themselves, lift each other up, and find their best selves—together.

Strength Training
Sediah (Sadaya) brings her passion for fitness and athletic expertise to Momentum Fitness. As a certified group fitness instructor and Physical Education Teacher at Birchwood School of Hawken, she has a deep commitment to health and wellbeing. Sediah’s fitness journey started as a runner for the University of Akron, where she earned a full athletic scholarship. With experience in strength conditioning, weight training, and HIIT cardio, she’s spent the last year coaching at a local fitness club. Now, she’s thrilled to join Momentum Fitness, where her classes are designed to push limits, inspire growth, and, most importantly, make fitness fun. Sediah’s greatest joy is helping people exceed their own expectations and discover that exercise can be a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
